The 4E’s to better health

1st E: Eat healthy – starting with 5 vegetable and fruit servings a day will help keep us Doctors further away!

2nd E: Exercise – 2.5 hours of moderate physical activity (21 minutes a day) or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity a week is all it takes.  More is better.

3rd E: Ethanol – being more mindful of ethanol which is the chemical name for alcohol can help. A guideline of 1 drink (or less) a day or 7 drinks a week. Please don’t drink and drive.

4th E: Eliminate tobacco – quitting smoking still is one of the best things you can  do for health.
